When an order is placed, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number and you will be able to see the status of your order. 

Please do understand that depending on the product, the lead time will be displayed on the product page due to production delays.

 In the case where you decide to make a purchase with multiple items including products that are delayed, please do understand that your shipment will take place once all the products are aligned. 

Depending on the region in which you are located and receive your products, you may be subjected to import customs duty and fees. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control and we are unable to cover them. These fees are not included in shipping costs, and we are unable to lower the value of shipments to avoid potential fees. All of our products are crafted with their own unique fabric and color, so please understand that the appearance of the product’s image displayed on the website may differ slightly from the appearance of the product received in-hand. Depending on the product, some items are designed and crafted intentionally such that color changes will occur over time, allowing each piece to develop its own unique character and individual appearance.

Depending on the fabric, wash, or treatment of the product, some items are prone to size discrepancies that may vary slightly from its size chart’s measurements.
